Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and changes may not be possible.
If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package every order, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing with a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost.
Please note: damage to packaging alone (such as dented boxes) is not considered product damage.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for damage due to normal wear, misuse, or improper handling after delivery.


Shipping and Delivery

While we do our best to ship orders quickly, SOLUCERA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
If your tracking shows a problem or delay, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address
