Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. “Dispatched” means your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way.
During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is dispatched, the delivery timeframe depends primarily on your location. Below are typical shipping windows:

United States: 4–8 business days

International Orders: 7–15 business days (customs delays may apply)

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed to the courier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen:

  2. File a claim with the courier

  3. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf

Although this falls outside our refund policy, in some cases we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation. For unresolved cases, we recommend filing a police report.
